Combate Global’s North American Championship tournament results are complete setting the stage for the year’s first tournament.

Combate Global will be live on television in the U.S. on Univision (12:30 a.m. ET/PT) and TUDN USA (12:30 a.m. ET/9:30 p.m. PT), and in Mexico on Televisa Canal 5 (11:30 p.m. lobal time) on Friday, April 23 from Univision’s studios in Miami, Fla.

The event will feature a one-night, four-man lightweight (155 pounds) tournament. The winner of the tournament will have defeated two opponents that night and will be crowned the first Combate Global North American lightweight champion in history.

In the semi-final stage bout, Tommy “The Spaniard” Aaron (7-4) will battle Luis “El Tigre” Gomez (7-4), while Anthony “The Shark” Avila (18-5) will face off Alejandro “Hulk” Sanchez (9-3).

In the tournament “alternate bout” undefeated Cristian “Puas” Perez (3-0) will face Geraldo Almonte (3-2).

In a featured women’s catchweight (119 pounds) fight, Anali Lopez Hernandez (0-1) will go toe-to-toe with Andrea “Fria Luz” Soraluz (1-4).

The under undercard will have a bout between Miguel Lugo (1-0) vs. Christopher Boasso (2-1) in a featherweight battle.
