Lopez is coming off a defeat by the hands of Jose Alday back in May.

Overcoming a series of loses, no challenge to him. In his teens, he would be involved in a lot of trouble. In high school, he was kicked out and was involved with drugs when he lived in New York.

But his come to Jesus experience, came when her nearly died. Being involved with the wrong crowd, he once attended a party where a scuffle escalated to a gun battle that’s when he was a victim of a shot to the leg at age 15.

Since that experience, he vowed to better his life and pursue a better way of living.

Born in California, the car lover later moved to New York and Guatemala, where he also witnessed turmoil.

The father is humbled and plans on fighting and working hard to be a role model for his daughter.
