Combate Americas made its return to Fresno, California, with an exciting Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) show, where Alejandro “Pato” Martinez defeated Adrian Guzman by split decision (28-29, 30-26, 30-26) in an epic main event showdown.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Maritza Sanchez dominated Mexico’s Lucero “La Loba” Acosta in the co-headliner.

Undefeated Hector Fajardo won his third consecutive victory in Combate Americas, after defeating Shane Torres by a majority decision.

The vicious striker Stephanie Frausto finished Charisa Sigala by technical knockout in a 115-pound duel. It was Frausto’s second consecutive finish in the promotion, as she always knocked out before the start of the third round.
