Miami, FL– Good things comes to those wait and Combate Global fans will be ready for a treat when the Mexican Ana Palacios (6-1-1) faces South Korean Bo Hyun Park (4-1) in this Friday’s stellar fight card of CG2022 event July 15: Palacios vs Park.

Also, Marcos “El Matador” Bonilla (5-7) returns to la jaula after competing in 2017 when he faces Rubén “El Diamante” Lozano (9-6) in a catchweight scrap at 150 pounds.

Palacios and Park were ready to compete on the first of July, but due to a failure of the Covid-19 protocols, fans had to wait 15 days for it to happen.

Palacios vs Park

Palacios, who trains with the Bonebreakers team in Mexico, returns to action after four straight wins inside la jaula. Her only loss is to Yajaira Romo by decision in March 2019. Last year, she defeated Yajaira Cunningham by decision in May and submitted Gloria Bravo in July.

The fight against Palacios was the reason Park returned to mixed martial arts after she decided to retire from the sport to take care of her family. However, Park has not lost the hunger for competition. Park, who competed last year, is a champion in South Korea. She trains with West Gym in South Korea.

This fight will be exciting. For the first Asian woman to compete in the cage, Park is aggressive and has a heavy right hand. She is fast and has great jiu jitsu. It is more than likely that both women will keep the fight on their feet by exchanging kicks and punches, which is an ingredient for Mucho Mas Accion.

Bonilla vs Lozano

Lozano enters the cage fresh off a victory against Tim Riscen in May by submission in the first round. The last time Bonilla competed in la jaula was in 2017. He has two wins and two losses with Combate Global. It features fights with respectable fighters like AJ McKee Jr. and more. He trains with the California MMA team with hall of famer Josh Barnett.

On the other hand, Lozano, who last fought Jimmy Sandlin, trains with Lions Alpha Team with Levy Saul Marroquin and Jair Lupe Perez. He has good boxing and says he feels good as he was able to complete a full workout.

Expect that, with his experience, Bonilla will be fast and throw several combinations. Lozano will also play his defense as he is a counter puncher hungry for a possible victory inside the cage for the first time.
